THE WHY DISCOVERY PROGRAM
Knowing your WHY is like having a compass to guide you in the direction you should go. It will enable you to plan HOW to passionately live out your purpose, and therefore find fulfilment in WHAT you do every day.
Participants work through the WHY Discovery Program produced by Glenda Chi, which is based on the 'Start with WHY' methodology developed by Simon Sinek. The 4-part program takes around 4 weeks to complete and support is provided throughout the process.
The program incorporates relational support to guide WHY-seekers on their journey and a coaching component, so they can be empowered to live out their WHYs.
