The WHY Discovery Program for Teams facilitates the discovery of a common purpose for you and your team. This program is based on a methodology designed by Simon Sinek, Peter Docker and David Mead, and the workshop is designed to facilitate the process for your team to work together from a unified purpose towards a clearer vision.
As a group, we will construct an overarching purpose statement for your organisation, allowing you and your team to be on the same page.
